After easing COVID-19 restrictions, China is experiencing a massive surge in coronavirus cases. With Chinese New Year celebrations looming, Eric Feigl-Ding, an epidemiologist and health economist, has cautioned that nearly 60% of China's population could be infected in the next 90 days. NDTV's Arun Singh explains why this surge has occurred.
