A political slugfest has erupted over the inauguration of the new Parliament building on Sunday. While some non-NDA parties have accepted the invitation to attend, 20 opposition parties will boycott the event, citing the Prime Minister's decision to inaugurate the Parliament himself instead of the President. The BJP is clear in its response, terming the opposition's move one of 'intellectual bankruptcy.' On Left, Right and Centre, we ask - why is there no dialogue between both sides to solve this political row?
