When asked whether an India where the rapists of Bilkis Bano are garlanded by members of the governing dispensation is one in which people would want to live, political analyst PKD Nambiar said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi doesn't need to answer each and every question and that the Bilkis Bano case was being heard in the Supreme Court.
