Nepal Gets New Constitution: India Wary of Border Stability?

A new constitution has been adopted amidst violent protests in Nepal, making it a federal democratic republic with seven provinces divided along ethnicity, but the new constitution has alienated many of these ethnic groups, especially the Madheshis in the Terai region, bordering India, who claim it has curtailed their rights. Delhi had called for political flexibility in the constitutional process before it was enacted. How will Delhi and Kathmandu work together and is this unrest on the border a threat to India's stability in the east? We debate on Left, Right and Centre.
