India Gets New Education Policy After 34 Years

After 34 years, India has a new education policy. The landmark new education policy has the potential of changing lives of millions of students in India through a genuinely broad-based education and a system that doesn't operate on the basis of rote instead focuses on creativity and genuine learning. But is it realistic and can it be implemented? Should it have been introduced in parliament for discussion?
