Former Tihar Jail spokesperson Sunil Gupta describes the incident of leak of CCTV footage from jail involving Delhi minister Satyendar Jain as a "security breach" and emphaised on the need to investigate the leak. He said a CCTV video leak of such a nature has happened for the first time. Mr Gupta says "influential prisoners, gangsters, political affluent class get whatever they want in jail."
