"The primacy they (world's major powers) had for years is no longer there. China's People's Liberation Army is outpacing the Americans in three different areas. China has the world's largest Navy, the Economist's defence editor Shashank Joshi said when asked what significance the pace of China's warships constructions has for other major world powers.
