As the mega India-Africa summit draws to a close in Delhi we look at what was achieved as 54 African nations rallied with India to cooperate on everything from UN Reform, to climate change to counter terrorism. Ultimately, money talks and to back India's commitment to increasing its presence across the continent, 10 billion dollars in a line of credit to several nations was announced, as well as several other major measures to boost economic relations.
