India's second largest public sector bank has been hit by the biggest banking fraud as billionaire Nirav Modi has been accused of defrauding the Punjab National Bank or PNB of a whopping Rs 11,000 crore. Raids by investigators and a blamegame by opposition parties has followed. But the accused have all fled the country. Are we seeing the repeat of the Vijay Mallya saga?
