Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will hold a meeting with his party MLAs today as speculation about his break-up with the BJP grows to a fever pitch. The Congress and RJD have indicated they are ready for Grand Alliance 2.0 if he dumps the BJP. The cabinet expansion in Maharashtra will happen today, sources have said. The new cabinet comes 40 days after the BJP and Shiv Sena formed a new government under Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.The monsoon session of parliament was adjourned indefinitely -- four days ahead of schedule. Both houses were adjourned sine die Monday afternoon.
