A 16-year-old Delhi girl was stabbed 22 times in full public view and then had her head pulped by a stone slab allegedly by her boyfriend. The teen was killed on a bustling street crowded with people, yet no one came to her rescue. AAP Spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar alleged that since Lt Governor Vinai Saxena has come, crimes against women in Delhi have increased.
