On camera, a girl is stabbed 22 times by a man and struck with a stone slab as people pass them by, staring in alarm but doing nothing. The teen was killed by her alleged boyfriend, Sahil, on a bustling street crowded with people, yet no one came to her rescue, as captured in the CCTV footage. "'No PCR Call was made from the bystanders. The Constable came to know from one of the people going from there," said DCP Suman Nalwa on the teen's murder.
