In today's episode of India Ascends, India has restored full diplomatic relations with Afghanistan and will upgrade its Technical Mission in Kabul to an Embassy, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said with his Afghani counterpart, Amir Khan Muttaqi, by his side. Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said Afghanistan has been "cleared of anti-India terror groups", asserting that "not a single terrorist outfit" now operates in the country.
