Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has revealed that he underwent treatment for early-stage prostate cancer and is now cancer-free. According to an official medical report released by the Prime Minister’s Office, a routine MRI following surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia in December 2024 detected a tiny suspicious lesion in the prostate. Further tests confirmed early-stage prostate cancer with no metastasis, which was completely removed. Netanyahu said he delayed making the diagnosis public for two months to prevent Iran from using his medical condition for wartime propaganda.
