Tamil Nadu pilgrims who survived the devastating Nepal tragedy have described the terrifying moments when floodwaters suddenly swept through their convoy. Speaking to NDTV, the pilgrims recalled hearing a blast-like sound, being surrounded by smoke, and seeing vehicles trapped as powerful waters surged through. One pilgrim described the narrow escape as a "rebirth" and credited God and their willpower for their survival.
