Nepal's flood rescue operations enter Day 4 as the death toll crosses 600, with more than 300 Indians still reported missing. India has sent a third flight carrying 10 tonnes of humanitarian aid, along with an 11-member team of doctors and tunnel rescue specialists. Around 400 Indian tourists are reportedly safe in Tibet, while 152 have crossed into Nepal. Meanwhile, 21 Tamil Nadu tourists have returned to New Delhi, even as the state government says around 80 of its tourists remain missing.
