The investigation into the case at Tata Consultancy Services' Nashik branch is expanding, with the Special Investigation Team piecing together what it describes as a pattern of alleged coercion and entrapment. According to SIT findings so far, accused individuals allegedly targeted female employees, pressuring them to stay late at work and subjecting them to psychological stress. Investigators are analysing 78 emails and WhatsApp chats to understand how victims were approached and influenced over time. The probe is also examining claims of coercion linked to religious practices and financial inducements, while tracking what sources describe as possible "radicalisation hubs." A potential international angle has emerged, with one suspect believed to have links to Malaysia. Crucially, forensic evidence has been collected from a resort allegedly used in the case, even as officials warn that more victims and accused may yet come to light. The investigation remains ongoing, with authorities focusing on digital footprints, financial trails, and the broader network behind the allegations.
