A Gurugram resident whose seven-year-old son was stranded in a school bus for nearly four hours during the city's rain chaos has slammed the lack of civic preparedness. Speaking to NDTV, Achyut Mohan Sharma described the panic among parents as flooded roads, stalled buses and traffic gridlock left children stuck for hours, saying Gurugram's drainage and infrastructure systems have failed residents "monsoon after monsoon".
