Muslim Identity Being Attacked Daily: Carnatic Singer TM Krishna

Amid increasing communal frenzy in Karnataka, well known Carnatic singer TM Krishna says that Muslim identity is being attacked every day and the community is being told that they are on the margin. On the latest Eidgah row, Mr Krishna says that it is a bid to establish majoritarianism and inequality, not to promote equality as is being projected. He also accuses liberals for failing the democracy. The classical singer says liberals lack vocabulary to talk to the religious people and have failed to recognise faith as intrinsic to Indian society.
