Mumbai Monsoon Chaos: Knee-Deep Water, Traffic Hit, Trains Delayed
Relentless monsoon rain has once again brought Mumbai to a near standstill, with widespread waterlogging, traffic disruptions and delays in suburban train services affecting thousands of commuters.
Several low-lying areas remain inundated, including stretches near Kurla railway station, where knee-deep water has left residents stranded and vehicles partially submerged. Pumping operations are underway, but authorities continue to struggle to drain the accumulated rainwater.
