Mumbai: A legacy going down the drain
In the library of Asiatic Society of Mumbai, there are books that take a leaf out of history. Like a folio of Shakespeare's works printed in 1875. It also houses books on Asian birds and plants from the days when printing technology was still evolving more than 300 years ago. But now, this priceless treasure trove under threat served notice, as it were, by the monsoon.
