MSO, broadcasters should decide carriage fee themselves: J.S. Sarma

Trai chairman J.S. Sarma says that it is better for MSOs and the broadcasters to decide carriage fees themselves and the regulator will intervene only the amount is unreasonable. Sarma says MSOs are unlikely to overcharge since there is always the threat of DTH.
