Monsoon Advances Across India; IMD Puts Several States On Alert
Though delayed, the southwest monsoon is steadily advancing across the country, bringing widespread rain and prompting weather alerts in several states. According to the India Meteorological Department, the monsoon has advanced further into parts of Rajasthan and Haryana on Friday, with rainfall expected to intensify across central, western and eastern India in the coming days.
