After the Indian and Pakistani premiers met over dinner on the sidelines of the much-hyped World Cup semi final encounter between the arch rivals, India Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao briefed the media about the meet. She said that as one spoke of the Thimpu spirit when the two PMs met on the margins of the SAARC summit last April, it would be appropriate to say that this time a 'Mohali' spirit pervaded the Indo-Pak relationship.
