MJ Akbar Sticks With "Can't Recall" For Sexual Harassment Allegations | Read

Former Union Minister MJ Akbar today in a cross-examination stuck to his stock response of "don't remember" when questioned about four women's account of sexual misconduct against him. In the last hearing too, Mr Akbar had said that he "does not remember" his meeting with journalist Priya Ramani in 1993, once at his office and another on his alleged invitation to meet him at the Oberoi Hotel in Mumbai. Mr Akbar has filed a defamation suit against Ms Ramani who accused him of sexual harassment last year.
