Mithun Chakraborty Gets Mumbai Civic Body Notice For Alleged Illegal Construction
The Mumbai civic body has issued a show-cause notice to actor-turned-politician Mithun Chakraborty for alleged unauthorized construction of a ground-plus-mezzanine floor structure in Malad.
The notice, dated May 10, warns of potential demolition and legal action if a satisfactory explanation isn't provided. Mr Chakraborty denied any unauthorized construction, stating that notices were served to everyone and a response is being sent.
