Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin have launched a sharp attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and the Centre. Udhayanidhi accused the BJP of intimidation, misuse of central agencies, and relying on what he called "political slaves" to fight battles in Tamil Nadu, claiming the party knows it cannot win in the state. Taking a swipe at actor-turned-politician Vijay, he said political entries and exits do not affect the DMK, calling the party's "rising sun" permanent in Tamil Nadu. Echoing these charges, MK Stalin said the DMK alone is ideologically confronting the BJP, accusing the Centre of betraying Tamil Nadu's interests, signalling an intense political battle ahead.
