"Micro-Lockdowns, Travel Restrictions Needed": Delhi AIIMS Director On Covid Surge
India recorded the highest number of single-day cases since September today and Maharashtra broke its own record to report nearly 50,000 Covid cases in a single day. As concerns grow regarding new strains and more infections in younger people, Delhi AIIMS Director Dr Randeep Guleria says that following COVID-appropriate behaviour, restricting travel and increasing genome sequencing is the need of the hour.
