Explaining the absence of the reference to the Pulwama terror attack in the United Nations Security Council listing of Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar as a "global terrorist", the centre today said the listing is not supposed to be a biodata of all of Masood Azhar's terrorist acts. The Foreign Ministry said the objective always was to ensure the designation of Masood Azhar as a global terrorist.
