Supreme Court Forms Judges Committee On Manipur
The Supreme Court of India today passed a host of directions related to the ethnic clashes in Manipur, including the appointment of a three-member committee - all retired high court judges- to look at various aspects of the situation in the northeastern state. This as more deaths take place in Manipur - 6 people have died in the last 48 hours and there seems to be no end to the tension and strife that started 3 months ago.
