Manipur's Fragile Peace Shattered Again: 3 Killed In Naga-dominated District

Fresh violence broke out following an attack in a Kuki village in Manipur's Ukhrul district this morning. Three people were killed in the attack on a makeshift bunker near village Thawai. They were guarding the village amid tensions following the Kuki-Meitei ethnic clashes in Manipur that started on May 3. Two of the three people have multiple bullet wounds, while the third's body was found mutilated after being shot dead, sources said.
