M&M acquires majority stake in REVA

The news NDTV Profit broke on Tuesday is now official, as India's largest utility vehicle maker, Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has acquired a majority stake in Reva Electric Car company. As per the new agreement, M&M will acquire 55.2% stake.
