Lucknow Medical University Issues Advisory On Non-Veg Cooking In Hostels
King George's Medical University (KGMU) in Lucknow has advised hostel messes run by student cooperatives to stop cooking non-vegetarian food following remarks by Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel during a university visit. The university clarified that non-vegetarian food has never been served in its official messes and that students are still free to order food from outside.
