Late rain damages cotton crop in Gujarat
The Centre has already granted a Rs 425 crore relief package to the Gujarat government. But with the deficit in monsoon, even this may not be enough. Saurabh Patel, the state's Industries minister, has asked for 14,680 crore of financial assistance.
