Protesters Clash With Police Over IIT Campus Project In Goa

Fresh protests have erupted in Goa, this time against a proposed Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) campus. Locals and police have clashed over land acquisition for the proposed 10 lakh square metre campus. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has claimed that the state government is going ahead with the project, despite the protests.
