Kerala: High alert after blast threat
The Thiruvananthapuram police on Friday beefed up security at the state Secretariat after they received a letter threatening a huge explosion near Secretariat complex anytime today. The letter written in English and addressed to the SP Thiruvananthapuram was sent to District Collector's office and was sent by Kerala unit of Hizbul Mujaheedin.
