Karnataka Starts Massive Voter Verification Drive Today Karnataka has begun a statewide house-to-house voter enumeration as part of the Election Commission's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. The exercise aims to update and verify the state's voter list, covering over 5.54 crore electors through 59,000 booth-level officers by July 29.
