A major fake drug racket has been uncovered in Karnataka, with counterfeit medicines allegedly sold to hospitals at nearly half the price of genuine drugs. The fake medicines were reportedly meant for critical care, including ICU use, and were manufactured across multiple states before being relabelled under global brands. Karnataka's Health Minister spoke to NDTV as the main suspect was handed over to the police.
