Jayalalithaa to be sworn in as CM today

After her thumping comeback in the Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections, AIADMK chief J Jayalalithaa will be sworn in as the next Chief Minister of the state today. The actor-turned-politician met Governor SS Barnala this morning and staked claim to form the government. Jayalalithaa will have 33 ministers in her team, with more than half new faces, as she begins her third term in the Chief Minister's chair.
