A major rescue operation was launched in Jammu after three local youths were stranded in the middle of the Tawi River when the water level suddenly rose due to a sharp increase in the river's flow. Responding swiftly, teams from the Jammu Police and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) carried out a coordinated operation to safely rescue the stranded youths.
