Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday inaugurated the world's highest revolving multipurpose hall at the Affarwat area in Gulmarg, which also houses a restaurant, located at an altitude of over 4,000 metres above sea level. The project aims to strengthen tourism infrastructure and enhance visitor facilities, with the restaurant offering panoramic views of the snow-clad mountains and expected to emerge as a major attraction for both tourists and locals.
