Human Rights Watch released a report on Thursday accusing Israel of war crime of forcible transfer in Gaza. According to the report, Israel has overseen the forced mass displacement of Palestinians in Gaza in a deliberate and systematic campaign that amounts to a war crime and a crime against humanity. Although Israel says the displacement is justified for civilians' safety or by military imperatives, the report said that "Israel cannot simply rely on the presence of armed groups to justify the displacement of civilians".
