Is replacing the Mullaperiyar dam the answer?
The raging inter-state controversy between Kerala and Tamil Nadu was precipitated because of an assessment done by the IIT Roorkee which said that the Mullaperiyar dam had problems but not everybody is convinced that the dam needs to be replaced because of the recent earthquakes there.
