"Ethically the question is that do we not start giving the rest of humanity two doses first before anyone else gets a booster. Is it fair that only 3% of Africa is vaccinated, while we start taking three doses and boosters? What about those guys who haven't gotten even two doses?" says Adar Poonawalla, CEO of Serum Institute of India on the need for booster shots.
