19-year-old Indian-American student Dharun Ravi allegedly secretly used a webcam to film his gay roommate kissing friend in his room and floated the video online. The roommate later committed suicide. We debate whether the act of filming was just a case of cyber-bullying or is it a case of full-fledged hate crime.
