Indian Mujahideen sleeper cells may have been activated: Sources
The use of IEDs in the July 13 Mumbai blasts hints at a possible Indian Mujahideen (IM) involvement. The IEDs are their signature explosives. The Intelligence sources say there is the likelihood that sleeper cells of the IM were activated.
