"India Needs To Turn Less Protectionist," Says Ruchir Sharma On Trump Tariff Tensions
In an interview with NDTV's Editor-in-Chief Rahul Kanwal, Ruchir Sharma said, "Trump and his tariff agenda is very difficult for any rational person to support, but I think there's something about the fact that India too had turned far too protectionist. One thing I was thinking that might possibly come out of this is that India needs to be less protectionist in general and open up much more to trade with other countries."
