The father of 31-year-old Twisha Sharma has strongly questioned the investigation into his daughter's death and demanded a Supreme Court-monitored independent SIT probe. Speaking to the media, he alleged major procedural lapses, delay in arrests and influence by "powerful people" connected to the accused family. He criticised anticipatory bail granted to the mother-in-law and questioned why no immediate arrests were made despite an FIR being registered.
