"I'd Rather Die Than Do Dirty Politics": Pappu Yadav To NDTV

Bihar's Independent MP Pappu Yadav, in an exclusive conversation with NDTV's CEO and Editor-in-Chief Rahul Kanwal, responded to allegations and questions about his criminal record. He said that before 1990, when he first became an MLA, there were no cases against him and that all subsequent cases were politically motivated.

Taking a sharp dig at RJD's Lalu Yadav, he said those cases were filed due to "Lalu Yadav's blessings." Pappu Yadav asserted that he would rather "die or quit politics" than indulge in dirty or unethical practices.
