The Hyderabad Cyber Crime Police arrested nine people from Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad today. The people were involved in an investment fraud. Along with the arrests, police collected 17 mobile phones, two computers, 22 sim cards, and paperwork from 33 different firms. Police are conducting additional investigations in order to break the entire ring and jail everyone involved in the fraud scam. While speaking to the media, CV Anand, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad said, "We have made arrests after we got the information of fraud with multiple people. The fraud is worth 712 crores."
